Your report should include the following:

1. A folder
2. A title page
3. A table of contents
4. An introduction (100 word minimum) Tell your reader what your report will cover or include.

5. Your creature's 10 attributes written out in complete sentences.
6. Your creature designed
7. Three separate outfits for your creature (on three separate pages)
8. A breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu (on three separate pages, illustrated)
9. A means of transportation for your creature
10. A home designed for your creature with a floor plan (bird's eye view)
11. One other need for your creature
12. Your creature's name in color
13. A conclusion (100 word minimum) Tell your reader what you learned from writing this report.

Please make your report as neat and colorful as possible. Your report should be a minimum of 15 separate pages. Please DO NOT write on the back of any pages. All pages should be the on the same size paper. Please write your report in INK! I will not accept pencil for the written part of your report.
