Philanthropic Ventures foundation is making up to $500 available to up to three teachers from each school to enhance classroom science programs. Examples include educational field trips, classroom science materials, excluding hardware and computer equipment.

Fax a description of your idea on school letterhead including the following information:

• Date and notation that this is a SCIENCE RESOURCE GRANT
  
• School name, address and telephone and fax numbers, and the name of the school district.
  
• Teacher name, grade level
  
• Description of your science project
  
• Total amount requested.
  
• Detail of how the money will be spent ITEMIZING UNIT PRICES
  
• Applications must be signed by the submitting teacher AND Principal.
