Online To register online, visit our Web site at http://tlc.ousd.k12.ca.us. Click on Administrators Professional Staff Development and then click on the Summer of Learning Registration block. Follow the instructions on the screen and mail or fax a copy of your registration to:

Cancellations All cancellations must be received in writing five days before the specified date of a workshop. No verbal cancellations will be accepted.

Registration is on FIRST COME, FIRST REGISTERED BASIS, so the sooner you submit your registration, the better your chance of being enrolled in the WORKSHOP of your choice and during the DATES of your choice.

Most of the school libraries are connected to the Internet. All of the school secretary workstations have Internet access. Go to the Oakland Unified School District Home Page http://tlc.ousd.k12.ca.us then click on the Summer of Learning Registration block. Follow instructions on the screen. Be sure you have your catalog and your instructions with you.

How to register for Institute using the registration form
On the spaces next to the Institute of your choice, please indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices. Complete the Registration Form and return it to:

Participation in each of the Administrators Professional Development offerings in this section may fulfill the 2002-03 - 5 days or 30 hours of professional development ONLY IF:

¢ The workshop is taken during unpaid, non-work hours
¢ You do not receive a stipend
¢ Note: Participation in any of the teacher SOL offerings DOES NOT FULFILL THE 5 DAY/30 HOURS UAOS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENT. It may fulfill AB75 or AB466 professional development requirements.
